Mark H. Plager, Principal
A registered patent attorney with over ten years experience in patent, trademark, copyright and business law. Mr. Plager is the author of numerous patent and trademark applications, as well as articles and presentations on intellectual property. Mr. Plager is a member of the California, New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia, and Colorado Bars, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association and Orange County Patent Law Association. He earned his B.S. (Biology) from Lafayette College, Easton, Pa., in 1987, and J.D. from University of Bridgeport(CT) School of Law in 1990, as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Jerome Rosenstock, Of Counsel
A registered patent attorney for over thirty years was formerly Vice President of Patents for Hoescht Corporation, New Jersey, one of the largest chemical manufacturers in the United States. Mr. Rosenstock is the author of the treastises, Patent Interference Practice Handbook (Aspen Publishers) and The Law of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Invention – Patent and Nonpatent Protection (Aspen Publishers), as well as articles on intellectual property. Mr. Rosenstock is a member of the New Jersey,and District of Columbia Bars, and the American Bar Association. He earned his B.A. and M.S. (Chemistry) from Rutgers University in 1958 and 1961 respectively, and J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1969.
